Victoria Zinser Duley joined TDC as Economic Developer in January 2016.
At TDC, Victoria assists in the planning, initiation, implementation, and administration of programs to attract industries to locate or expand within Clinton County and assist such industries in locating or expanding within the industrial parks operated by TDC. She also works in a number of project areas including tenant retention, maintenance of working relationships with local organizations, corporate asset management, financial package development and preparation and management of grant applications and awarded grants.
Prior to joining TDC, Victoria was a Dean of Research, Planning and Development and Associate Dean of Institutional Research and Planning at Clinton Community College. She worked at TDC from 2004-2007 before leaving to become Assistant Director of the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
According to TDC President and CEO, Paul A. Grasso, Jr., “We’re excited to add Victoria to our team. She brings more than 15 years of economic development and planning experience to the position, and is a skilled researcher and data analyst. In addition to her professional experience, Victoria is active in a variety of community initiatives.”
Victoria lives with her husband Christopher and their two children in Beekmantown, NY. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University at Albany. In addition, Victoria is a certified economic developer (CEcD) through the International Economic Development Council and a certified planner (AICP) through the American Institute of Certified Planners.
