Prevost bus assembly humming in Plattsburgh

The first commuter buses have rolled off the new Prevost assembly line at the Nova Bus plant in the Town of Plattsburgh. The company, based in Sainte-Claire, Quebec, invested $26 million in a 10,000-square-foot expansion tied to the new line, the first Prevost assembly line in the United States. The addition is expected to increase employment at the plant by 50 workers during the next two years, to a total of about 250.
