The Development Corporation, like all industries, is reacting to and actively working to mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus. TDC is taking action to protect our staff, maintain our high level of service to our tenants, and continue to procure prospective new tenants.
At this time, our office will remain open but flexibility for our staff will be paramount. Should our staff need to work remotely, we have a plan in place which will offer little to no impact on our ability to run our business. We will be available Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm, and Fridays 8am to 12pm. As always, we will be available to our tenants in case of emergencies outside of our usual hours of operations. If you are a tenant with any concerns about your buildings, please proceed as usual to report your concerns to TDC staff. We will notify you if there needs to be any change in procedure in the future.
We ask that consideration is taken to minimize face-to-face interactions with the TDC staff by substituting with teleconferencing, e-mail, and virtual meetings whenever possible. Should your business require an in-person interaction, we are providing hand disinfectant at our entry for your use to sanitize your hands prior to entry. We ask that anyone who is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or has knowingly been exposed to someone who is currently sick refrain from visiting our office. We will be happy to conduct business with you over the phone or internet.
We feel confident with the right approach we will come through this difficult time with minimal impact on our business.
