Project Description

The Development Corporation (TDC) has started site work on a new 60,000 SF Industrial space in the heart of their Air Industrial Park. The new building will be located on Industrial Boulevard adjacent to TDC’s new office space.

Designed to be flexible in nature, the layout of the building can accommodate a single tenant or be broken up into three different units for separate entities. The building will have in total four dock level doors and two drive-in doors and will be designed so that each 20,000 SF suite will have its own entrance with reception, office space, and restrooms. With 26 ft. ceilings, tenants will have ample room for assembly, manufacturing, racking, and inventory storage.
